In order to download the iOS 12 Beta 5 update over the air, first all you must have a previous beta installed on your device. Once that is taken care of, just connect to a WiFi network, navigate to Settings General Software Update on your device and tap on Download and Install. The update may take a while to download, so hang in tight. Once the download is complete, you will be required to restart your device in order to set things in stone.
